Telecaller

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as telecallers. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or set up appointments for our sales team. Excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts
Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits to potential customers
Provide accurate information about our products/services and answer any questions or concerns customers may have
Persuade customers to make a purchase or set up appointments for our sales team
Maintain records of calls and sales activities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and influence others
Good listening skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
