JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team at an IT/cybersecurity company based in the United States. As an outbound calling specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by proactively reaching out to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects within the IT and cybersecurity industry.
Identify and qualify leads based on specified criteria.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
Schedule appointments for our sales team with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity concepts is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
