JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our company based in the United States. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of cold calling proficiency, social media savvy, and experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Utilize social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to identify and engage with potential leads.
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
Enter and manage prospect data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in appointment setting and sales prospecting techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales prospecting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with prospects.
Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
Familiarity with CRM systems
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
