Print on Demand Virtual Assistant(VA) for Shopify/Etsy/Amazon - Part-time/Full-time

We are a European company mainly selling to the US market with Print on Demand (POD) products on platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Shopify for over 10 years.
We are looking for a hardworking virtual assistant to join our team and be a part of this exciting venture.

ABOUT THE JOB
- The position will be initially a part time position but full time will be required in the peak seasons of April-June and Nov/Dec.
- Modify existing mug / t-shirt designs in Photoshop 2020 (like one or two elements)
- Producing mockup templates either from photoshop mockups or from various print on demand shopify apps.
- Upload designs to different POD platforms
- SEO, keyword optimisation and product page optimisation for the different market places
- Customer service tasks like responding to customer queries and questions
- Customer order entry for Amazon, Etsy, Shopify via print on demand suppliers


MUST HAVES
- Speak & Write excellent English, C1 upwards
- Competent in Excel
- Work fast
- Fast Internet connection (you need this to work fast)
- Adobe Photoshop Program and skills. (must have full versions of programs)

It’s not necessary to have experience with the different platforms such as Etsy, Amazon or Shopify as training will be provided but would prove useful.
