**Job Title: Virtual Marketing Assistant**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our marketing operations, with a primary focus on utilizing GoHighLevel software. You will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, designing websites, and overseeing back-end management tasks. Proficiency in Google and Facebook ad management, as well as ad tracking, is essential for success in this role. Excellent English fluency, strong customer service skills, and the ability to run GoHighLevel effectively are paramount.

**Responsibilities:**

- Utilize GoHighLevel software to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Design and maintain websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
- Manage back-end processes related to marketing operations, including email marketing, CRM management, and automation workflows.
- Execute Google and Facebook ad campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback via various communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and sales professionals, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience working as a Virtual Marketing Assistant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of GoHighLevel software and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Expertise in website design, development, and management, with proficiency in platforms like WordPress.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including audience targeting and ad optimization.
- Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook Business Manager to drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of English fluency.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
