Phone operator & customer service agent

We are a US-based junk removal company looking for full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support and sales department.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls.
Respond to customer requests via phone call, text, email & messenger.
Provide service quotes & follow up with all leads
Book new jobs, reschedule and/or update job bookings.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives.

This is a full-time position, you need excellent english skills. We are looking to little to no accent. If you have a thick accent, please do not apply.

The work schedule is Monday-Saturday 7am-6pm MST (Arizona time). (we will d ---------- on a schedule after your interview)

$4.50 USD per hour to start, with the ability to earn up to $6 per hour with performance bonuses.
If accepted, you will be provided with training to help respond to customer queries via phone call, text, email & messenger.
