JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and organized Proposal Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting our proposal development process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of proposal preparation, from initial planning to final submission. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposals are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with client specifications.
- Format and design proposals to enhance readability and visual appeal.
- Review proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, executive summaries, and other proposal-related materials.
- Coordinate the proposal development process, including scheduling meetings, setting deadlines, and assigning tasks to tea ---------- mbers.
- Organize and maintain proposal documents, templates, and other resources in a centralized repository.
- Support post-submission activities, such as debriefings and lessons learned sessions, to improve future proposal efforts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in proposal coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with proposal management software/tools (e.g., Proposal Automation Software)
- Knowledge of proposal development best practices and industry standards.
