Motivated Assistant with Excellent Communication Skills!

Thank you so much for reviewing my job posting today! I need someone to help me with my businesses - and am offering a flexible schedule! I have many visions I would like to turn into reality and need support from a team of smart people. Depending on your skills I would like to have someone for 10-15 hours per week.

I'm looking for someone who can help me with different kinds of business projects from day to day items. If you think you're a good fit for any of the following, please reach out with a personalized letter to me, your work experience, and what motivates you.

Business Planning, etc
Financial items
Marketing material
Emailing out to prospects for new business
Product design

I will work with you and train you, but you should be a person who is self-motivated and likes to push a person for whatever is next. Right now I am working on my business and two big projects - one is creating art products (PRINTED apparel, etc) from photography work and the other is creating an English school.

If you are meek or shy, this may not be right for you. Looking for someone to help hold me accountable by asking my WHAT'S NEXT, BOSS?! ... etc.

Looking for someone who is OUTGOING and interested in talking with people and getting to know about people. If you're interested in photography, this could be good for you. If not, that's completely fine.

The most Ideal Skills:

Photoshop
- Product Design
- Editing photographs for printed apparel, mugs, etc.
- Designing graphics and editorial work as needed

Lightroom
- Helping to manage databases of photographs
- Helping with image selection
- Helping with editing

SEO/SEM
- Understanding of basic rules and best practice for search optimization
- This is especially important for businesses who have sites that are primarily images/videos since the text needs to be optimized

For Photoshop and Lightroom, you must already have access to these programs. Some transcription may be requested. Graphics, print, and tshirt type design is a new part of my businesses.

Video Editing
- Review video
- Transcribe video for YouTube (we submit the transcription to YouTube to help SEO)
- Edit video (if you have this skill)

I do not expect one person to have every skill I need help with - but if you do - this will be extra great.
