POSITION: GENERALISTS/WRITERS/LANGUAGE SPECIALISTS

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating training data sets for AI models that will help the models improve fluency, coherence, and voice.

Annotating data to help AI models align with human values.

Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data as well as AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.

Contributing to evolving specifications for LLM training and data recipes.



QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent English writing skills
Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, and semantics
Well-honed internet research skills.
Can join IMMEDIATELY and can work FULL-TIME.
