JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director and working with the marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Facebook and Google paid advertising, as well as tracking and analytics set up for our clients so maximum return on investment is achieved.

Responsibilities:
* Setup, manage and ---------- campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and any other paid advertising platforms that can generate a positive ROI
* Effectively scale Ad spend, whilst maintaining a positive ROI
* Create and present different strategies for clients across multiple channels.
* Review analytics to identify areas of opportunity
* Utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (eg split-testing) to maximise performance.
* Set up Google Data Studio reports as well as ensure Google Analytics is set up correctly.
* Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation.
Requirements
* You will have a strong existing knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads, with at least three to five of experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns.
* You may come from a client-side or agency background, but either way will be comfortable with working on multiple different accounts and brands at any given time.
* Your keen eye will enable you to analyze existing Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts and identify opportunities to reduce wasted spend and improve performance.
* You have a solid base knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices, with a willingness to learn even more.
* You will have experience in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns, across Search, Shopping and Display. As well as Ads, will be experienced in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Centre and Search Console.
* You LOVE data and will be able to collate, interpret and draw actionable insights from it.
* You are comfortable working in a flexible and autonomous role
* You will enjoy working with exciting, dynamic brands that offer awesome products & services to the Australian market.
* Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field. Bonus points for Facebook Blueprint certification or Google-specific qualifications.
