Find people who are interested in studying in Singapore. You can post in facebook or any social acc. I will provide a sample of poster, you can use it or you can create your own. you will add them in a google sheet. This is a commission based structure. for every Approved application (fully paid) you will receive the payment after.... I will not require you to work for hours. you can do it at your own time..
If you have ambition and goals you will earn a lot. for example if you have 10 Approved application (Fully paid)you will earn $900.
