Account manager
VA Candidate Qualities and Responsibilities:

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break).
- Total of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Interaction:
- Research and identify potential suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers via email to gather necessary information and materials, including CSV files. or FTP
2. Product Analysis:
- Utilize Google Sheets and specific analyzer software to identify winning products for our inventory.
- Work on un-gating products on our Amazon seller account.
3. Product and Shipping Coordination**:
- Coordinate the shipping process to Amazon's warehouse, including handling shipping labels from suppliers.
- Take charge of product uploads to our Amazon account and ensure accurate listing of products.
4. Pricing Strategy:
- Initially, set product prices 20?ove the buy box price while products are in transit.
- Adjust prices to match the buy box price once the products are available for sale and inventory is listed on Amazon.
5. Reporting:
- Regularly email a list of products ungated, including all relevant details.

additional Notes:

- The VA will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the supply chain but will not be required to place orders directly. We will handle order placement.
- The VA must be proficient with Google Sheets, have experience or the ability to quickly learn how to use specific product database scanner/analyzer software, and understand the basics of Amazon's selling platform, particularly regarding product listing and pricing strategies.(buy box)
