We are a digital agency based in the US, specializing in providing top-notch digital marketing services to clients worldwide. We are currently in need of a skilled Reputation Management Expert to join our remote team and help maintain and enhance our clients' online reputations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to online reviews across various platforms, including Google My Business, Yelp, and social media.
Implement strategies to improve online reputation and mitigate the impact of negative reviews.
Work closely with clients to understand their brand reputation goals and develop tailored solutions.
Utilize tools and techniques to monitor online mentions and sentiment about clients' brands.
Ability to navigate the process of removing or addressing negative reviews and content about the business.
Requirements:
Proven experience in reputation management and online review management.
Excellent communication skills and ability to craft professional responses to reviews and inquiries.
Familiarity with tools and platforms for reputation monitoring and management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively during client Zoom meetings and discussions.
