Note: Fluency in all five languages is not mandatory, as the use of Deepl or Google Translation is permitted for email and live chat translations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a competent and reliable virtual assistant to handle our after-sales service across all our online stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat. The workload is moderate, with approximately 5 to 25 emails per day to handle.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, refunds, etc.
Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Managing return and refund requests in accordance with our policies.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate cases requiring special attention.
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Professional and friendly attitude with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with communication and customer support ticket management tools (live chat, email).
Working Conditions:

Part-time position with the potential to become full-time, depending on candidate needs.
Remote work from any location with a reliable Internet connection.
Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
