Research Specialist for Tax Foreclosure and Land-Flipping Business

About Us:
Land Business Holdings is an established company renowned for its successful land-flipping ventures. We are expanding into tax foreclosures and title fixing, and looking for an independent, skilled individual to contribute to this new business avenue.

Role Summary:
As a Research Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying potential properties for acquisition in tax auctions. This role involves detailed research and coordination with our team to contribute to the success of both our new venture and our primary land-flipping business. 8am - 4pm EST

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed research to identify tax foreclosure properties for acquisition.
- Regularly update and manage a property acquisition list.
- Understand and follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for tax auction property identification.
- Provide occasional assistance in the primary land-flipping business as required.

Requirements:

- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork capability.
- Interest or background in real estate, particularly tax foreclosures and land flipping.
