Virtual Assistant

We are a growing agency based in California.

We are looking for two virtual assistants.

One that works during California office hours. Roughly 6:30 am to 4:00 pm PST time, this can vary. Usually 8 hours a day. But sometimes more.

And one that words after 4:00 pm (PST). In other words during the evening, when we’re not working in California. Usually 8 hours a day. But sometimes more.

We will pay you for all hours that you work.

Usually 5 days a week. Sometimes you may need to work on weekends.

You should also know that we do frequent zoom calls.

Please provide as with your computer skills. What programs, apps, etc. that you have proficiency with.

Also tell us about your English skills and writing skills.

What you do will vary. But generally, you will be doing whatever we need for you to do in order to help us run our company.

We will provide training and instruction.

The more proficiency you show and responsibilities you assume, then the more you can grow with us.

This is full time position.

We are paying $4 an hour. 40 hours a week. $694 a month. But, if you work over 40 hours a week, we pay for all additional time at $4 an hour.

We are looking for a long-term employee that can grow with our company.

You will need to send us a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.

You should be able to handle projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
