Research & Product Development (E-commerce)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative E-commerce Research and Product Development Specialist to join our dynamic team, as an integral part of our company, you will play a key role in driving innovation, improving user experience, and staying at the forefront of e-commerce trends.

Job Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive market research on trends and figure out what we should bring in.
* Work closely with vendors on products that we bring in.
* Manages the process of developing the product or enhancing existing products
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and designer to create photos
* Enhance user experience and optimize the online shopping journey.
* Update pricing when there are price increases.
* Create excel sheets for uploading products to the website.
* Train and inform the sales teams about the new products
* Stay updated on industry trends, e-commerce technologies, and evolving consumer preferences to drive ongoing innovation.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in e-commerce, research, or product development roles is often preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communications and collaboration abilities
* Strong project management skills
* A creative and innovative mindset with a proven ability to drive and implement new ideas.
* A background in hardware or signage industry is huge plus
