The Role
We are seeking an Operations Associate for a fixed-term of 3 months focused on implementation within our rapidly expanding startup. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, with the possibility to transition to the Guest Experience team or continue on the Implementation team, depending on individual aspirations and company needs.
Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day operations and implementation processes, adapting rapidly to different projects and operational challenges.
* Contribute to shaping the future of our business by engaging in diverse projects, from administrative tasks to complex problem-solving.
* Demonstrate flexibility and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective prioritization of workload.
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail, aiming for excellence in all tasks, especially in written communications.
* Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, embodying teamwork and adaptability.
* Assist in the implementation process under the guidance of the Implementation Manager, learning and adapting methodologies for efficient client onboarding.
* Provide insights and feedback to improve operational processes and implementation strategies.
Qualifications
* Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
* High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus but not required.
* A keen interest in real estate technology, SaaS or related fields is beneficial.
* Proven problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude, with an eagerness to learn and tackle challenges.
* Basic proficiency in Google Suite is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
* Previous experience in hospitality, short stays, or flex living sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
