JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Facebook/Meta Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing advertising strategies across multiple platforms. This includes developing and optimizing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging ad content.


Responsibilities
Stay up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) Ads policies and changes and implement them in campaigns
Develop ad targeting strategies based on client goals and target audience
Track and report on ad performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage ad budgets and ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on ad performance and strategy
Test and experiment with different ad formats and targeting options to improve performance
Stay current with industry trends, new ad features, and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective
Play a lead role in client communication, while also helping to spearhead strategy and campaign initiatives.
Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns on the Facebook/Meta platform to achieve marketing objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Create compelling ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos, that resonate with target audiences and align with brand guidelines.
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including recommendations for optimization and future strategies.

Requirements
Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns, with a strong track record of achieving measurable results
In-depth knowledge of the Facebook/Meta Ads Manager platform, including audience targeting, ad creation, and campaign optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate campaign performance insights effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint certification) are a plus.
Comfortable with Ads Reporting & Analytics
Understanding of Facebook’s Ad Policies
Ability to Create & Manage Campaigns
Experience with A/B Testing & Optimization
Knowledge of Targeting & Custom Audiences
Proficiency in Ad Copy & Creative Development
Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills
