Searching for a Talented and Self-Motivated T-Shirt Designer

We are looking for a piece of art to be submitted according to the standards outlined below.

We will hire more than one artist if we can find qualified applicants, but the artwork requested MUST be submitted for your application to be considered.

From our last artist search, we hired two artists. One was the first to submit an acceptable sample according to our instructions and he's been a wonderful hire because he's extremely motivated. We are looking for someone (or someones) who are extremely self-motivated and can work with little supervision.

My company is looking for one or more graphic artists or illustrators to join our team. These artists should specifically be skilled and experienced in T-SHIRT DESIGN and talented with designing with TYPOGRAPHY.

We produce embroidery designs for sewing machines and SVG files for cutting machines and are looking for SIMPLE and fun pieces of word art and simple icons from which to create our designs.

The successful candidates will be self-starters with lots of ideas to bring to the table.
We are searching for an artist with great skills in ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR as well as fresh, current style.
You must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator to apply.

If you are chosen for the position, we expect that you would be willing to learn all about the process of embroidery design and SVG creation and that you would spend time each week not only designing based on concepts submitted by our design team, but also actively seeking out design ideas to bring to the table.

For your submission, we are asking candidates to take one of the existing design concepts from those websites and reproduce it in a new, fresh way. Find one of those designs that appeals to you and please reproduce using your own fonts or TTFs and simple artwork. We are looking for someone who can replicate those styles.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR SAMPLE DESIGN as part of your application. This is how we will know if you can bring creative ideas to the table and also that you can create designs that can translate well to being reproduced in embroidery and SVG design.


We are a very FUN company to work for and we LOVE to reward our employees for successful projects.
The hours are extremely flexible, but we are looking for at least 25 hours per week in order to generate the amount of artwork needed for our projects.
