Your Role Description:

Are you an innovative marketer with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment? Someone who can multiple marketing campaigns through Email, SMS, Calling, RVM, and Social Media? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As our Marketing Campaign Coordinator at our Real Estate Investing Firm. You will be instrumental in leading our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and generating leads through innovative strategies. In this position you will need to have amazing marketing skills and perform at a high and fast-paced level. You must make and plan marketing campaigns via Email, Websites, SMS and other methods to execute on schedule. As well as reaching out to clients to engage with them on our branding and opportunities. Staying organized and meeting time sensitive deadlines is most important for this roles success. This is not exclusively a social media-based role.

Responsibilities: You’re the leader of your own marketing process so the expectations will be:

- Campaign Management: Utilizing SMS, Emails, RVM and outreach techniques and resources to sell real estate investment opportunities to interested investors and foster strong relationships and brand awareness.

- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, utilizing direct selling, PPC, and mail house techniques.

- Website Management: Maintain and optimize our company’s website for SEO, ensuring seamless functionality, ensuring its smooth operation.

- Media Outreach: Oversee our presence on various platforms and manage the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Email, Facebook, Instagram, and Craigslist.

- Brand Management: Lead the development and upkeep of our brand identity and promotional materials, along with client interactions.

- Event Planning: Plan and organize events such as meet-ups for lenders, realtors, contractors, etc.

- Content Generation: Create and distribute engaging content to support marketing efforts.

Additional Responsibilities
*Coordinate various aspects of the Marketing Engine for Real Estate opportunities
*Facilitate and Coordinate walkthroughs of properties with interested clients and capture information
*Send JV escrow docs (Coordinate with JV Partner) and other pertinent documents the transaction during this phase of the process
*Send Inventory Links & Info to relevant parties.
*Source, track and engage with potential and current buyers.
*Same page emails
*Help coordinate signatures

This position reports directly to the COO and Owner, senior leadership, sales teams, and other stakeholders as necessary. Our marketing team is engaged in ongoing training, tips, and even daily “check in” meetings to overcome obstacles and challenges as they arise. You must be a high caliber, intelligent, ethical person who wants to build a long term career and have the ability to win customers, build rapport, and create win/win deals within the framework provided to you in training.
