Key Outputs:
Respond to
Schedule meetings in the Client Strategy Manager’s calendar.
Manage campaigns and monitor the performance of campaigns.
Follow up with prospects who don’t respond and personalize where appropriate.
Creatively find angles to elicit responses.
Identify and improve bottlenecks in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Smartlead Master Inbox, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain inbox zero within Close CRM.
Handle objections via
Schedule meetings for the Client Strategy Manager.
Follow up until you get a response, personalizing your approach as needed.
Constantly think of creative angles to engage prospects.
Requirements:
Available in US Eastern Standard Time.
Strong communication skills, including objection handling and empathy.
Access to a computer and reliable internet.
Desired Competencies and Traits:
Experience with Close CRM and Smartlead (preferred but not necessary).
Prior experience in a similar role highly regarded.
Performance Goals and KPIs:
- Speed to Lead: Respond to prospects within 20 minutes.
- No lead should fall through the cracks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Fully remote, part-time work hours.
