Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Vitawerks is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our day to day payroll activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Running payroll of Healthcare Professionals (HCP’s), addressing their payment issues and resolution of all payroll related matters
- Cross Checking time cards with the entries in the payroll sheet to ensure accurate payment is released for the shifts worked by the HCP.
- Updating our internal systems timely with appropriate edits and payments
- Identifying issues and assisting in problem resolution
- Working cross-functionally between various teams in the company for resolution
- Preparing financial and statistical reports for the management

We require professionals who meet the following requirements:

- 2 years of experience in Finance or AP Department
- Experience working in cash space, billing and invoicing, operations, or finance
- Attention to detail
- Team Player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), G-Suites
- Good communication skills
- Self-Starter with willingness to learn
