Virtual Assistant for Lead Generation

Looking for virtual assistant who will find at least 400 valid leads for me every month.
Leads must be in the beauty, skincare, health & wellness, or beverage industries.
The leads must be higher level person of position in marketing, with valid and working email address (if you cannot find marketing person, we can find CEO, founder, or just general email).
Also, will need personalization portion in cold emails filled out too so I can just simply send all these leads once received.
