CRM Implementation Specialist

Job Description:
We need a part-time CRM Implementation Specialist to handle customer implementations. The primary tasks for this position are to onboard clients, migrate their data, set up the CRM system for their specific business requirements, and teach them how to use it. The schedule will be 9 am – 1 pm Eastern Standard Time (9 pm – 1 am Philippine time).

Specific responsibilities will include:
Customizing and configuring the CRM to align with business requirements and workflows, providing training and support on CRM usage best practices, and staying current on new features.

Applicants for this position must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively, have good English grammar, pro-active and be problem solvers. This position involves work of a confidential nature, requiring someone trustworthy, with considerable discretion, judgment, and diplomacy. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary.

Specific skills needed include hands-on experience and proficiency in various CRM platforms and features, familiarity with CRM integration, customization, and configuration, and knowledge of the integration platform Zapier. Mid-level skills in MS Excel and general computer skills using Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Outlook, are necessary.

Candidate should know multiple CRM platforms (Pipedrive, Hubspot, GHL) — I will find at least 3 that cover all 6 major CRM systems (Pipedrive, GHL, Hubspot, Salesforce, Active Campaign, and Zoho)
