We are a small, women-owned business with a current team of four, including two female V/A’s from the Philippines. Preference will be given to female applicants.

If selected to move forward, you will be asked to edit a small video (less than 5 minutes) to demonstrate your skills. The final step in the hiring process will be a video interview to demonstrate your ability to communicate in person since you will be participating in our weekly tea ---------- etings via zoom.

Success 9-1-1 is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in 9-1-1 Emergency Dispatch Training and coaching. We're committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and are currently seeking a talented and versatile employee from the Philippines to join our team.

This role combines graphic design, web design, and video editing, making it a perfect fit for a creative and tech-savvy individual.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Redesign and maintain our website ( ---------- ), ensuring it has a modern, effective look and feel that aligns with our brand identity.
- Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, reels, stitches, etc. as well as flyers, and other promotional materials as needed.
- Edit video content, ensuring the final product is free of grammatical errors and aligns with our messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with our team to conceptualize and implement design strategies that effectively communicate our brand's message.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our branding remains current and appealing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in graphic design, web design, and video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visual content across various digital platforms.
- Excellent grasp of the English language, with the ability to edit and eliminate grammatical errors in video content.
- Proficiency in and access to Microsoft Office Suite. We also utilize Wordpress, Asana, Dropbox, Rainmaker.ai, Canva, and Descript.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
