Mortgage Loan processor

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to the loan process.
• Assist customers in navigating through the mortgage application, approval, and closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem resolution.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, company policies, and loan programs to provide accurate information to customers.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of one year experience in loan processing, preferably in a Mortgage lender setting.
• Fluent in spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using computer software and loan processing systems.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM according to Pacific Time in the United States.
