Responsibilities:

Newsletter Management:
Assist in scheduling, writing, and strategizing newsletter content.
Implement strategies to enhance newsletter engagement and effectiveness.

Community Engagement:
Nurture and manage our community with a focus on building meaningful connections.
Proactively engage with community members to foster a supportive environment.

Event and Course Promotion:
Support the promotion of events and courses through various marketing channels (IG, YouTube).
Execute strategies to maximize event attendance and course enrollment.

Social Media management
Posting and suggesting content

Partnership Development:
Identify potential partners aligned with our ethos and objectives.
Prepare and send partnership proposals to conscious partners.
Facilitate establishing partnerships for resource sharing, live events, and content production.

Calendar Management and Follow-up:
Manage calendars effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and commitments are honored.
Follow up with partners, students, and clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Ability to handle many tasks in a grounded manner.
Grounded and practical approach to tasks.
Quick, efficient, reliable, and dependable.
Proactive in identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
Ability to think strategically while executing tasks pragmatically.
Open-minded, joyful, and eager to learn and grow.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales or partnership development is advantageous.
Healing or Coaching experience is a plus
