Credit Partners is a dynamic and growing company seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Business Administrative Assistant. Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain business systems and platforms such as ClickUp, HubSpot, and Dispute.
• Handle bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including reconciliation via QuickBooks, Wave apps, or Bench.co.
• Submit credit card and bank account applications, and follow up appropriately with individual business bankers or set tasks for business partners to contact specific banks.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the team and with external partners.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
• Support team members with various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of online platforms and systems such as ClickUp, HubSpot, and Dispute.
• Bookkeeping/accounting experience with reconciliation via QuickBooks, Wave apps, or Bench.co.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Requirements:
• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM to ensure smooth operation.
• A secure internet connection with speeds above 500/500 Mbps. (Note: The company will cover the cost of this internet connection for the first six months.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
