Are You A Professional Editor for Space/Nature/Health Team

We are a US-based SCIENCE website searching for experienced, passionate full time editor. Our main brand deals with space, tech, health, nature topics. Currently we are looking for an editor for our Space/Nature/Health team.

As an editor, you need to be sensitive about your team’s Page View performance;
As an editor, you need to train your team’s writers to help them grow and expand their skills;
As an editor, you also need to stable and dedicated to website and its longtime development.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of the English language
Articulate with words
Hard-working and consistent
Knowledge in SEO and AP Style is a must
Experience as a news writer and news editor is a must (at least 1 year)

Duties:
Train new/probationary writers
Create/assign unique headlines
Edit/publish writers' articles within the deadline.
Keep writers in check.
Disseminate information from management to writers.

Compensation:
Our website pays twice a month. As an editor, you will receive a basic pay of $160 per invoice. In addition to the basic fee, the company also grants bonuses depending on your team’s average page views every invoice period. Our top editors earn around $400+ every invoice, that would be roughly $800 a month.
