Video Editor For YouTube - Real Estate

Requirement:
1. DO NOT APPLY FOR THE JOB IF YOU DON'T HAVE AT LEAST 20 YOUTUBE-EDITED VIDEOS WITH LINKS TO PROVE IT.
2. Min 2 years of video editing experience
3. Min 2 years of video editing experience for current YouTube channels

You will only be considered if you provide me links to youtube videos that you have edited.

Primary objective:

Our goal is to have a virtual assistant to take our unfinished video clips and create an engaging, beautiful, OPTIMIZED video on YouTube. Along with combing our clips and removing major mistakes and pauses in our videos. Add music, overlays, graphics, emojis, transitions etc.

Also, upload, optimize, and schedule our videos on Youtube

Video Editing:

Dedicated virtual assistant with allocated time only for my team
Minimum 3 videos edited per week
Turn chopped-up clips (5-15 individual clips) into a full-length video
Edit and cut unwanted footage for seamless video
Include footage, graphics, lower thirds, tiles, and B-roll in the video
Improve and correct lighting, coloring, and faulty footage
Familiarize yourself with the type of content we will be recording
Experience in handling raw footage from Google Drive downloaded on your computer
Proficient in either Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut, or Davinci Resolve. (NOT TO USE CAPCUT, CANVA ETC)
Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphic
