We are a leading provider of home health physical therapy services in Tucson, and we're currently looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling and communication processes, directly impacting the quality of care we provide to our patients.

Job Duties:

Monitor and Utilize Communication Tools: You will be the primary handler of our Google Voice for phone communications, ensuring all calls are attended to promptly. Additionally, you'll use WhatsApp for real-time communication with our therapists.
Efficient Scheduling: Utilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, WellSky, for scheduling new patient appointments and managing the appointment calendar to maximize efficiency and meet our patients' needs.
Coordination: Act as the liaison between patients and therapists, coordinating schedules and other essential duties via WhatsApp.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our services.
Quick Learner: We value tea ---------- mbers who can quickly understand and implement our processes, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch physical therapy services.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within the healthcare or medical fields.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
A keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in computer systems, including EHR software and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures.
A commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and HIPAA compliance.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and the necessary hardware/software for remote work.
Must use Timedoctor for time tracking

Bonus Points:
Direct experience with EHR systems, especially WellSky.
Previous work in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting.
