After hours Driver Support Specialist

Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Afterhours Driver Support Specialist to join our team in our US based company.
Weekend shift required.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our drivers have a smooth journey even during late hours.

Here's what you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle After hours Driver Complaints: Be the point of contact for drivers who encounter issues during the night shift. Listen, empathize, and resolve their concerns efficiently.

Tag Dispatchers and Drivers: Collaborate within the company channel, ensuring that the right dispatcher and driver are informed and can assist promptly.
Assist with Load, Receiver, and Shipper Issues: When drivers face load, receiver, or shipper problems after hours, you'll provide guidance and solutions to keep their journey on track.
Navigate OpenRoad: Utilize our system to locate load numbers. After identifying the load number, call the broker to secure directions and ensure drivers reach their destinations smoothly.
