Your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various online platforms and resources.
• Thoroughly screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with our team.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintaining an organized candidate tracking system.
• Providing regular updates to hiring managers and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
To excel in this role, you should have:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of online sourcing techniques and tools.
• Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Experience in recruiting is a must!
Preferred qualifications include experience in recruiting using various software/tools, as well as familiarity with remote work and virtual recruitment processes.
