Website Project Manager (Part-Time)

Excelsior Creative, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Website Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of around 100 client websites. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our team's success while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Location: Remote
- Work Hours: 20 hours per week,
- 2 PM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time (5 AM - 9 AM Manila time)

Important
- MUST be an excellent communicator in spoken and written English
- MUST be able to work the hours outlined above to overlap with the team schedule
- MUST be comfortable presenting at meetings in front of high profile client

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming client requests and ensure responsive support for all website changes.
- Develop and maintain client status reports for website and software development projects.
- Coordinate and manage the activities of business owners, including scheduling meetings and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Define customer requirements from incoming requests and document them into clear instructions for web developers.
- Follow through to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Use tools such as a timekeeping system, project management system, Notion for notes and meetings, and Slack for communication.
- Join meetings during scheduled hours and interface with clients to communicate requirements and ensure status reporting at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with website management and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
