About the job:
The Sales Representative is responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities:
30% of time - outbound:
- Outbound sales outreach to generate new leads/customers
- Discover new customer acquisition channels defined by sales rep
30% of time - inbound:
- Complete demos for inbound leads
- Contact potential leads who have visited our website and left their contact details but have not scheduled a demo/started trial
30% of time - onboarding:
- Conduct onboarding calls with new customers and answer their questions on how to use our software tool
- Upsell new customers to our consulting service
10% of time - upsell:
- Upsell to current and existing customers to our consulting service
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience as a sales representative preferably for a SaaS company.
- Ideal if the candidate had experience selling a more complicated SaaS before.
- Ideally has experience with selling SaaS marketing software tools
- Has high technical proficiency or background
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and has experience using any CRM tool for sales.
- High proficiency in English; Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Proactive with reaching out to potential leads and finding new ways to expand our reach
