1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, or in any related science
2. With at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Hygiene Specialist in a hotel or a restaurant setting.
3. With comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and food safety.
4. With good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, cleaning methods, and operating equipment
5. Preferably a Food Safety Certified Officer by FoodSHAP
6. Having the following certifications is an advantage: a. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) b. Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) c. Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000) d. Train the Trainers
