We are a Podcast Agency dedicated to helping clients create and launch successful podcasts. From studio setup to post-production editing and social media management, our team handles every aspect to ensure our clients' podcasts thrive.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for building and maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable to new platforms, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regular communication between tea ---------- mbers and as needed
- Community management on WhatsApp / ---------- / Slack
- Tracking prospects and clients in Notion
- Onboarding clients – in Slack, Notion, Google Drive, calendar invites, etc.
- Onboarding tea ---------- mbers
- Tracking work & scheduling of editors
- Posting content on Instagram, Tik Tok, Threads, YouTube
- Preparing content descriptions based on company guidelines

- Compiling and sending end-of-week and end-of-month reports
- Aware of latest AI technologies & AI tools - like Chat GPT, Gemini, Taja, Midjourney, etc

PROFICIENT WITH:
- Notion (or similar project management tools)
- Slack

- Zapier
- Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook)
- TikTok

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: (These skills will help you get promoted quickly)
- Graphics design skills (Photoshop, Canva)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere)

WORK SCHEDULE:
Initially *part-time* with flexible hours, transitioning to full-time. Results-driven approach appreciated.

TRAINING PROVIDED:
Comprehensive training will be provided for all responsibilities.
