Position: Lead Manager
Remote phone/online job for company based in USA

Responsibilities:
As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the new leads that come in, conducting basic due diligence, calling the lead to establish rapport and gain further information and achieving key performance indicators.

Your duties will include:
* real estate due diligence
* exceptional phone skills
* noting information in the CRM
* meticulous data collection

Requirements:
Proven experience in a fast paced real estate environment.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Excellent computer access/speed
Great English
Very organized and efficient with leads and data
Quick learner
