Business Lead Generation Specialist

At F8 Consulting, we have been helping companies with professional IT support, VOIP phone service, and cloud integration services to businesses and nonprofits in the Northeast US since 2009. Because we’re growing, we’re looking for 1–2 Business Lead Generation Specialists to help support our rapid growth. You will manage the internal database cleanliness, including cleaning inbound leads, clients that need updating or contacts that enter into the database.

We’re looking for a results-driven representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning ---------- company contacts per week to grow our prospect list through online research.
• Making 100 dials per day. This includes calling prospects and calls to build
our list of potential prospects.
• Managing our CRM and supporting files with our raw list and clean list

Skills:
• Excellent English-speaking skills
• Proven work experience as a phone representative making outbound calls
• Basic computer skills including Excel
• CRM experience
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skill
