Social Media VA (Agency)

Our digital marketing agency, based in Singapore, is expanding! We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Social Media Virtual Assistant to enhance our team's efforts and bring fresh, exciting content to our social media platforms. Salary: $8-$10 SGD/hr, commensurate with experience and skills. Starting at 15 hours/week gradually increasing as you get familiar with our processes
Working Hours: 9am-1pm SGT

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Craft and schedule engaging content across various platforms using Metricool.
- Monitor channels for customer interactions and respond promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign strategies.
- Analyse social media performance metrics
- Stay informed on current trends and best practices in social media, with focus on Instagram and TikTok

Requirements:

Strong project management and communication skills.
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency preferred.
Passionate about the latest social media trends and technologies.
Creative mindset with strong team collaboration abilities.
Keen interest in exploring innovative AI tools for content creation.
