== THE POSITION ==

As a Graphic Designer for our full-service brand engagement and marketing firm client, you’ll play a key role in the firm’s objective to deliver strategic and creative solutions for their client’s business brands.

Your primary focus will be acquiring a deep understanding in the client's brands to craft compelling B2B and B2C marketing materials. This client is a one-stop-shop for all things marketing so this is your chance to be a key player in a dynamic team!

-> Requirements:
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
• Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and XD), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Basic knowledge of Excel and After Effects.
• Complete working knowledge of both digital and print media.
• Comfortable working interdependently.
• Strong awareness and understanding of client brand guidelines.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM - 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.

-> Nice to Have:
• 2+ years of “advertising agency” experience would be a bonus.
• Any familiarity with creating html emails would be a bonus, but not required.

-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Acquiring a deep understanding of the client’s brands and how to use that knowledge and design aesthetic to create new B2B and B2C marketing materials.
• Designing and editing many different forms of Digital Media: Social media, Banner ads, Interactive pdfs, PowerPoint presentations, Video projects (animated gifs, MP4s), Emails).
• Designing and editing forms of Print Media: Traditional Ads, Brochures, Trade show booth graphics.
• Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Services and work with the art directors and the account team.
