In just 1 year of operations we have reached millions of people and acquired over 7000 customers in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Austria and Switzerland. The forecast for 2024 (our first full fiscal year) is to acquire over 30.000 customers.


Who we are looking for: We want to add an experienced video editor to our team. The person will be in charge of editing all of our contents: Ads, Tiktok, Reels, Shorts.


Location: Remote


What you’ll be doing:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging short form videos that align with the creative vision and objectives of each project;
-Craft compelling narratives by selecting the most impactful shots, sequences, and ---------- nts to convey the intended message;
- Improve video quality through color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects to create visually appealing content;
- Team work with actors and media buyer to always improve our content effort;
- Manage and organize video assets, maintain an efficient editing workflow, and meet project deadlines;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video editing techniques, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality and impact of our video content.


Speed and efficiency are essentials in this role.


What you need to have:
- Full time availability, this is not a side hustle, it will requires 8 hours a day;
- Love for the game. We immediately notice if you’re passionate about your job or if you’re just trying to make a few bucks. If the latter, please do not apply;
- Experience of at least 2 to 3 years;
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention and how to keep people engaged;
- A+ english knowledge needed;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
