MUST-HAVE:
US-based dental experience is a MUST
Strong background in customer service
Dynamic personality
Good communication skills.Experience handling phone calls (patients).Very detail-oriented.

TASKS:
Clinic days and other data will be further discussed.
Appointment management and monitoring
Customer Service
Outbound and Inbound - 300 calls per day in and out – calls vary from patients’ parents for appointments, change of appointments, answer questions
Answer the phone call and be friendly
Customer care role performing multiple phone calls
Post appointment, courtesy calls
