Operation/Internal Banking Support

* Provide operational support to our Japanese-speaking clients in internal banking processes, including account management, transaction processing, and compliance.

* Assist with executing banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency exchange, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and address issues related to account maintenance, transaction discrepancies, and regulatory compliance.

* Stay updated on banking products, services, and policies to effectively support Japanese-speaking clients and address their needs.

* Prepare and distribute operational reports, documentation, and correspondence in Japanese as required.
