The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and creative Brand Strategy Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying Futura Digital. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and solidify our position.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop a clear brand vision, mission statement, and core values.
• Craft a compelling brand narrative that resonates with our target audience.
• Oversee brand communication strategies across all channels (website, social media, PR, advertising).
• Manage the development and implementation of brand campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Content) to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and measure the success of brand initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand strategy development and execution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
