Influencer Specialist

We are currently looking to hire someone to handle our influencer partnerships. We want to see that you have a strong interest in influencer marketing and always strive to become better, consistently learn, and improve yourself.

The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and developing the company's brand identity through the successful development and execution of strategic social media influencer partnerships and original content campaigns, as well as all other activities that support the Marketing department.

What will you be doing:
• Build relationships with influencers and, on behalf of our brands, negotiate with these influencers regarding cooperation strategy, contract, payment, etc.
• Maintain long-term and ongoing collaboration with influencer partners, develop and execute strategic marketing promotions and campaigns, and update cooperation strategies timely.
• Monitor and analyze the data of promotions and campaigns, refine and upgrade promotions and campaigns based on previous performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline and/or proven work experience
• 3-4 years previous influencer marketing management, campaign experience, digital media planning and/or placement experience.
• Knowledge of standard software tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Reddit, and other social media best practices and influencer marketing principles.

• Can manage 3-4 PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies;
• In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Fast learner
• Trustworthy
