We're seeking a superstar Remote Laundry Service Sales Champion to join our growing team. At Fresh & Clean Laundry (based in the USA), you'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base and fostering positive client relationships. This role offers a dynamic blend of outbound lead generation, customer care, and digital outreach, ensuring a well-rounded experience with income and career growth potential.

The successful candidate will be available to work 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Standard Time, which is overnight in the Philippines.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through cold calling businesses and residences, effectively communicating the value proposition of our laundry services.
• Set appointments for in-person sales meetings with qualified leads, or directly close sales over the phone following established sales scripts.
• Maintain accurate records of call activities and outcomes within our CRM system.

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Customer Care:
o Make outbound calls to existing customers to gather feedback, address any concerns, and encourage them to leave positive online reviews.
o Answer inbound calls from customers with questions or service inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Digital Outreach:
o Develop and execute targeted email and text message campaigns to promote our services.
o Reach out to leads nurtured through marketing efforts via text, email, and live chat, converting interest into sales conversations.
• Stay up-to-date on our laundry services and offerings to effectively answer customer questions and promote benefits.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong telephone prospecting and cold calling skills
• Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
• Excellent listening and questioning skills to identify customer needs and qualify leads
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM software a plus
• A positive and self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
