SEO Team Leader

We are a UK company, and we are looking to hire an experienced SEO to provide leadership to a small in-house SEO team. This role is a critical role within the company, and the successful candidate can become an important leader within the company. Note: this role is not suitable for anyone looking for multiple jobs at the same time.

Your experience will include the following:
- Management of a team of SEO staff either in an agency, or in-house.
- 7+ years' SEO experience.
- Advanced knowledge of off-page SEO techniques, including outreach, stacking, tiered link-building.
- Advanced knowledge of technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of on-page SEO.
- 5+ years of common SEO tools such as ahrefs, Majestic SERanker, SEMRush.
- Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of on-page optimisation using tools such as SurferSEO, Cora, or PageOptimiserPro.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting achievable monthly goals.
- Monitoring and reporting progress against targets.
- Removing blockers to the team's progress.
- Providing training to tea ---------- mbers to develop their SEO skills.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in SEO.
