Architectural Designer / Draftsman

Council Approval Group is an award-winning Australian team of certified town planners, architects and building industry professionals.

We’re looking for a Philippine based Architectural Designer or Draftsman to join our Design Team, directly supporting our Senior Architect with all aspects of preparing design plans for council submission.

This is a special opportunity for someone that has Australian experience AND is familiar with ArchiCAD.

Please only apply if you are an experienced architectural drafter that is very familiar in ArchiCAD (Revit or AutoCAD are not enough sorry as we work in an ArchiCAD team environment)

Reporting directly to our Senior Architect & Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for…

• Interpreting initial project sketches into CAD drawings

• Translating both the clients design brief and town planners compliance table into functional yet aesthetic building design

• Supporting our Senior Architect with all other aspects of preparing design plans for council submission

The successful applicant will need…

• To be studying or completed qualifications in Architecture, Building Design or Drafting

• Intermediate to advanced experience in ArchiCAD version 22 or above

• Worked on Australian projects before

• An upbeat and warm personality, with a dependable and consistent character
